The blessing and inauguration of Maria Kripa in ‘Our Lady of Perpetual Succour’ building took place on 30 August 2002 at 6.30 p.m. by Fr. Michael D’ Cunha, the then Parish Priest. The community was affiliated to Bethany Convent, Mahim and Sr Noreen was placed in charge of Maria Kripa, Mahim.

Maria Kripa, is the transit house of the Congregation. It provides much needed facilities for a homely stay to the Sisters coming to Mumbai on various assignments or on travel. Sisters preparing themselves for their mission in countries abroad stay at Maria  Kripa and study the language of the countries to which they are assigned, by staying here.
